South Park and Public Urban Realm Project

Thank you to everyone who participated in the first public consultation and engagement process for the South Park and Public Urban Realm Project. We received valuable feedback from the community and key stakeholders during the first public consultation in spring 2025. 

We are currently analysing this feedback and are developing draft design proposals for the area.  

Further updates on the draft design proposals will be available soon. We will also be launching a second non-statutory public consultation process in the coming months. In advance of the second public consultation, we will notify nearby residents and business owners and will issue a press release in the Galway Advertiser.
